IntelliFlex I/O - WNG 2 - Wireless Network Gateway - Version 2

IntelliFlex I/O – WNG V2 – Wireless Network Gateway – Version 2 enables wireless shade control devices to communicate within a wired IntelliFlex I/O network.

The IntelliFlex I/O – WNG V2 – Wireless Network Gateway allows wireless IntelliFlex I/O control devices to integrate into a wired IntelliFlex I/O network from a single receiving point. It enables bidirectional communication between wireless devices and the wired network, supporting control of individual shades or grouped zones across the entire network. LED indicators display the status of both wired and wireless connections to simplify monitoring and troubleshooting in commercial shading applications.
 

Product Specs

  • Dimensions: 3-3/8″ × 15/16″ × 1-9/16″ (86 mm × 23 mm × 39 mm).
  • Required to utilize handheld remote (part number C156.270) in a wired network.
  • LED indicators show wired and wireless network status.
  • Allows wireless control of the entire IntelliFlex I/O network from a single receiving point.
  • Mounting hardware included: two self‑tapping screws (#8-18 × 1-1/2″ zinc HWH Type AB).
  • Constructed of ABS plastic.
  • Approved for use in plenum spaces.
  • Indoor use only.

ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022 Child Safety Standard

Effective June 1, 2024, in compliance with the updated ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022 child safety standard, all Draper window shades operated by a bead chain will be furnished with a tensioned hold-down device that is permanently attached and partially disables the product if not installed correctly. This hold-down should be installed with tension on the chain.

All bead chain operated window shades will include:

  • Permanently installed spring-loaded tensioned hold-down device
  • Approved permanent warning label attached
  • Approved mechanical fasteners for the tension device included. Screws provided are not suitable for all mounting surfaces. The installer is responsible for secure mounting using appropriate hardware for the site conditions. Consult with contractors and builders as needed.

If the tension device is not installed with appropriate tension on the bead chain, the shade will be rendered partially inoperable. If installed properly, the tension device will prevent the creation of a hazardous loop and will maintain tension on the bead chain.
