IntelliFlex ISO Relay

IntelliFlex ISO Relay enables grouped control of multiple AC motors by connecting them in parallel to a single control output.

The IntelliFlex ISO Relay extends a single control output to operate multiple standard AC motors together. One ISO Relay is required per motor to provide electrical isolation, allowing motors to be connected in parallel and respond simultaneously to control commands. This product is intended for applications where motors operate as a group and is not suitable when individual motor control is required. Its compact design fits inside a standard single-gang box, and pluggable terminal blocks support easier wiring. The IntelliFlex ISO Relay is compatible with the 1 Motor Controller, 4 Motor Controller, and line-voltage double-throw wall switches.

ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022 Child Safety Standard

Effective June 1, 2024, in compliance with the updated ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022 child safety standard, all Draper window shades operated by a bead chain will be furnished with a tensioned hold-down device that is permanently attached and partially disables the product if not installed correctly. This hold-down should be installed with tension on the chain.

All bead chain operated window shades will include:

  • Permanently installed spring-loaded tensioned hold-down device
  • Approved permanent warning label attached
  • Approved mechanical fasteners for the tension device included. Screws provided are not suitable for all mounting surfaces. The installer is responsible for secure mounting using appropriate hardware for the site conditions. Consult with contractors and builders as needed.

If the tension device is not installed with appropriate tension on the bead chain, the shade will be rendered partially inoperable. If installed properly, the tension device will prevent the creation of a hazardous loop and will maintain tension on the bead chain.
