FlexShade ZIP transforms outdoor areas into comfortable, secure spaces—ideal for homes or businesses—without costly renovations. Its welded ZIP fabric and side channels create a sealed enclosure for patios, porches, garages, and commercial food service areas. Enjoy shaded outdoor workspaces, dining zones, or relaxing retreats protected from sun, wind, rain, and insects. Plus, it helps reduce heat gain and lower HVAC costs.
  • Available in sizes up to 16' wide x 10' high (488 cm x 305 cm), depending on fabric selection.
  • Two headbox sizes available: ZIP 92: 3-5/8” high (92 mm) headbox and ZIP 127: 5” high (127 mm) headbox.
  • Three headbox styles: square, angled (ZIP 127 only), and curved.
  • Hardware features powder coat finishes with a lightly textured surface in black, ivory, bronze, white, sand, and slate. Custom powder coat colors are also available.
  • Slim 1-5/8" side channels mount to jamb or face of opening.
  • Fabric is retained in the side channels by continuous coil zipper retention system.
  • Functions as an operable insect screen or interior space divider.
  • Provides excellent protection against wind.
  • Weighted hem bar stabilizes shade during operation.
  • Available with Radio Technology Somfy (RTS) or standard motors.
  • UL Listed.
