Motorized Shade with Simple 4-Wire Line Voltage Motor

Enhance and add value to any home design with the popular Motorized FlexShade AC window shade. A 4-wire line voltage motor with external controls and simple push-button limits provide ease of installation. The ability to control a few shades, a floor, or an entire building makes the Motorized FlexShade AC ideal for residential, church, commercial, healthcare, and governmental applications.

CHILD SAFETY NOTICE: This product complies with ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022-Child Safety Standard and has been Certified Best for Kids™ by the Window Covering Safety Council.

Available in sizes from 27-1/2" to 168" (70 cm to 427 cm) wide, depending on fabric selection. Larger sizes are available with FlexShade 2 or Colossal FlexShade.

AC motors use line voltage. Shades can be coupled to reduce the number of motors required.

Secure moisture resistant connection to line voltage using M12 Connector.

ISO relay controls allow group control of up to 10 motors to a line voltage switch.

Low voltage smart group and individual controls available, with or without preset stops.

Product integration with third-party system available.

Multiple hardware options for surface mounting, including brackets (standard), fascia with endcaps, or headbox with closure.

Recess mount hardware includes pocket headbox or Pocket D headbox with tile lip. Where a pocket already exists a wall clip and closure are available with or without a tile lip.

Hardware finish choices: clear anodized (standard), black, white, ivory, or charcoal bronze. Custom powder coat colors available.

Compatible with "U", "H", and "L" channels for light-gap reduction.

Optional dual rollers available upon request. Dual roller hardware components include: Dual Roller Endcaps, Dual Roller Fascia, and Dual Roller Pocket Headbox. Options may vary by product type. See technical documents for details.

Dual Roller Fascia finish choices: clear anodized (standard), black, white, ivory, or charcoal bronze. Custom powder coat colors available.

Dual Roller Pocket Headbox finish choices: gray inside/white outside or white inside/gray outside with a white wall clip.

ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022 Child Safety Standard

Effective June 1, 2024, in compliance with the updated ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022 child safety standard, all Draper window shades operated by a bead chain will be furnished with a tensioned hold-down device that is permanently attached and partially disables the product if not installed correctly. This hold-down should be installed with tension on the chain.

All bead chain operated window shades will include:

Permanently installed spring-loaded tensioned hold-down device
Approved permanent warning label attached
Approved mechanical fasteners for the tension device included. Screws provided are not suitable for all mounting surfaces. The installer is responsible for secure mounting using appropriate hardware for the site conditions. Consult with contractors and builders as needed.

If the tension device is not installed with appropriate tension on the bead chain, the shade will be rendered partially inoperable. If installed properly, the tension device will prevent the creation of a hazardous loop and will maintain tension on the bead chain.
