Let's consider convenience, functionality and cost of your Home Theatre Screen.

If you want to incorporate a home theatre with a living space in your home, you may want to conceal the equipment when it's not in use. Take a good look at the section on motorized front projection screens. With a recessed motorized screen, visitors may never know they are in your home theatre until you invite them to see a show.

A motorized front projection screen conveniently operated by remote control or wall switch.

A manual  front projection screen which may be less expensive, but limited available selections.

A fixed screen, also referred to as a permanently tensioned screen. The surface of  the screen is a flexible, unsupported vinyl surface that is stretched flat yielding undistorted picture quality.

A rear projection screen where your projector sits behind the screen. It provides the best picture especially if there is concern with ambient light.
