What is GreenGuard Certification?
A Valuable Tool
The GreenGuard Certification Program is a valuable tool for architects, designers, product specifiers,and purchasing organizations who want to locate, specify, and purchase low emissions emitting products for indoor environments. The Children & Schools Certification Program provides the strictest guidelines specific to environments where growing children will be living, playing and learning.
GreenGuard Children & Schools Product Certification Program
This program complies with the State of California's Department of Health and Services Stand Practice (CA Section 01350) for testing chemical emissions from building products used in schools.
Earn valuable credits
As such, GreenGuard Children & Schools Certified products can be used as a strategy to earn valuable credits in the CHPS Best Practices Manual for K1-2 schools.
